Car simulation enthusiasts are certainly familiar with this funny reflex of turning your head when cornering, just to compensate for the centrifugal force that you think you feel. What if these head movements themselves allowed you to control the vehicle?

This is the idea that developer Ali Tanis had after noticing that he had access to the data sent by the AirPods earphones, which accurately report head movements. Indeed, the AirPods Pro, AirPods 3 and 4, as well as the AirPods Max, have a gyroscope and an accelerometer to work with spatial audio, which shifts the sound according to your movements.
The developer thus diverted this function to make it a control system. The result is a game called RidePods, in which you control a motorcycle using your head movements. While the title lacks polish, it's free and the controls are particularly precise. An idea that could certainly inspire other experiences of the genre.
