Yamaha TW-E3C, new True Wireless headphones certified IPX5

The Japanese manufacturer presents the new iteration of its in-ear specimens, the Yamaha TW-E3C.

Like their TW-E3B predecessors that appeared eighteen months ago, the True Wireless Yamaha TW-E3C headphones are equipped with the Listening Care function to enhance listening. The latter aims to take care of your hearing by making all the frequencies of a sound signal audible, even at low volume.

Yamaha TW-E3C with Listening Care process to preserve hearing

To do this, Yamaha engineers have drawn on technologies developed for ages by the Japanese manufacturer, in this case the YPAO automatic calibration process present on its audio-video amplifiers to correct the acoustics of a piece. Thus, no need to force the volume to hear the low and high frequencies. It is our hair cells, unable to regenerate, that say thank you to Yamaha.

Yamaha TW-E3C, 24 hours of battery life

In addition to the Listening Care function, the True Wireless Yamaha TW‑E3C earphones incorporate the Qualcomm cVcTM (Clear Voice Capture) function which distinguishes voice from ambient noise. Perfect for voice calls, not to mention the presence of four MEMS microphones. Also note a battery life of 9 hours, plus 15 hours from the charging case and the Bluetooth 5.2 APT-X Adaptive multipoint function offering the possibility of simultaneously pairing two appropriate devices.

Yamaha TW-E3C, True Sound, Gaming and Ambient Sound functions

On the sound side, Yamaha naturally promises its True Sound, achieved via three elements: tonal balance, dynamics and sound image. And for quality sound with low latency, the earphones are equipped with Gaming mode, ideal for gaming or watching video content. Ambient Sound mode makes it easy to hear external sounds.

IPX5 certified (water and sweat resistant), the Yamaha TW-E3C are available in grey, black, red, beige, green, blue. Indicative price: 129 euros.
