Sony 2026 Bravia TVs: 2 series True RGB, Mini LED, OLED, LED for 30 models

The Sony 2026 Ultra HD 4K/8K TV range includes 30 models, 22 of which are new, ranging from 43" to 100", based on True RGB, Mini LED, QD OLED, White OLED, and LED technologies.
Everything comes to those who wait. Sony is therefore announcing at the end of May its entire 2026 TV range totaling seven series including four new ones, the Sony Bravia 2 II, Sony Bravia 3 II already known (see our news Sony Bravia 3 II TV: XXL range from 43" to 100" oriented towards cinema, streaming and gaming; we had omitted to detail the Bravia 2 II series not to its advantage), joined today by the Sony Bravia 7 II and Sony Bravia 9 II. We're very close to the information published in our columns last summer (see our news article "Sony 2026 TVs: Bravia 9 II/Bravia 7 II, focusing on Mini LED RGB technology?"), only the suspected 100" Bravia 7 II model is missing…

Sony TV 2026: 2 Mini LED RGB series, 1 Mini LED series, 1 QD OLED series, 1 OLED series and 2 LED series££££

As you'll see, the 2026 TV range is quite similar to the 2025 range, with three TV series already in the brand's catalog last year. These are the Sony Bravia 8 II, Sony Bravia 8, and Sony Bravia 5. Three other series retain their 2025 model names, which are being updated with the suffix "II" in 2026: the Sony Bravia 3 II (see photo below), Sony Bravia 7 II and Sony Bravia 9 II. As for the Sony Bravia 2 II series, it succeeds the Bravia 2 series, already distributed in North American and Asian markets since 2024, and only appears in Europe in 2026, hence the II suffix. As in 2025, the brand's premium TV series are not exclusively OLED (and more specifically QD OLED) technology. In 2026, the Sony Bravia 7 II (see photo below) and Sony Bravia 9 II, which top the Japanese manufacturer's range, are examples of True RGB Mini LED technology. Positioned just below, the Sony Bravia 8 II and Sony Bravia 8 series are respectively QD OLED and White OLED. As a reminder, the televisions The Sony Bravia 9 II and Sony Bravia 7 II benefit from a backlighting system developed by a division of the Japanese group, Sony Semiconductor Solutions Group (see our news article "Sony Premium TVs 2024: Focusing on Mini LED at the Expense of OLED?"), which appeared in 2024. While all brands are offering increasingly larger televisions, Sony is not lagging behind. The Japanese brand is indeed strengthening its TV range in 2026 in terms of screen sizes with two True RGB Mini LED models, the Sony 115XR95M2 (292 cm, see photo below) and Sony 98XR75M2 (249 cm), and another Direct LED Global Dimming 100, the Sony Bravia 100XR35M2. The complete Sony 2026 TV range can be discovered below…
