Acharnés season 2 is channeling The White Lotus on Netflix

In 2023, the solid series Beef surprised audiences with its tense and twist-filled plot involving the brilliant Steven Yeun and Ali Yong. For the second season, creator Lee Sung Jin decided to follow HBO's The White Lotus: start with a completely different story and a totally new cast, while remaining within the dark comedy genre. An all-star cast, this time led primarily by Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan, Cailee Spaeny, and Charles Melton (no small feat), Beef season 2 will continue to explore the theme of tension between people. It will follow a Gen Z couple who witness an alarming clash between their millennial boss and his wife. A major generational conflict is on the horizon.
