At least two versions are in the pipeline, one without a screen that could be revealed as early as next year for a release in 2027, and one with a screen initially planned for 2028 and which would benefit from the acceleration wanted by Apple in order to be launched earlier. These models will have speakers and cameras, will come in several styles, and will rely heavily on voice commands and artificial intelligence. Naturally, Apple is developing a dedicated chip for these devices. This change of priority should be unfavorable to the gestation of the "light" version of the Apple Vision Pro, whose team has been reduced to swell the team that deals with the glasses.
