She and her brothers recently decided to fight fire AI with human fire by reopening their father’s official Instagram page. “As we mark what would have been our father’s 75th year, we are grateful to see new generations discover his work, while his longtime fans continue to celebrate the joy he brought into their lives, Zak, Zelda and Cody Williams said. As technology evolves, we want this space to remain a safe and trusted place, where the stories, photos, videos and shared memories reflect his legacy with authenticity, warmth and kindness”.

And Zelda Williams clarified on her side: “I’m sorry if seeing our father’s old page post again may have been difficult for some. Believe me, I know it’s a bit strange. Turning this space into a place where people can find authentic video clips and photos of him is one of the best ways we’ve found to fight the widespread misuse of AI that harms his voice and image here”.
