Siri AI works with Apple Intelligence-enabled devices (iPhone 15 Pro and later), but some advanced features, such as more expressive voices and improved speech recognition, are reserved for devices with 12GB of RAM, meaning only the latest iPhone 17 Pro, Pro Max, and iPhone Air (not the base iPhone 17).
