Apple AI pendant: a wearable with cameras expected as early as 2027 according to Bloomberg

Apple is reportedly preparing its conquest of the wearables sector with an AI brooch/pendant that would work hand in hand with the iPhone.
Apple is continuing development of its "camera pendant," an AI gadget that could be released as early as next year. This is according to Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, who specifies that the manufacturer will launch its wearables offensive with the AirPods Ultra (equipped with cameras) this year, followed by the pendant, and then smart glasses. An Apple AI pendant to compete with new wearables? Following the rapid popularization of AI, manufacturers have tried to capitalize on this success by releasing devices dedicated to this essential technology. Humane's AI Pin, a pin-shaped AI assistant, failed, while OpenAI is also preparing its own gadget with the support of designer Jony Ive, formerly of Apple. Two Always-on cameras to continuously analyze the environment. As for the model Apple is going to launch, it should have two cameras (standard and wide-angle) designed to continuously analyze ("Always-on") the user's surroundings. Also included are microphones to capture sound, suggesting voice control via Siri and features like instant translation. A speaker is also planned, but is still under discussion. A dedicated processor but optimized operation with the iPhone. The pendant would have its own processor, but would essentially rely on pairing with the iPhone for optimal operation.
