Soon four simultaneous streams on Apple TV?

The Picture-in-Picture mode of the Apple TV+ application could soon be upgraded to broadcast four video streams at the same time.

Picture-in-Picture mode has been available on Apple platforms for a while now, allowing a video to be displayed in a small window on top of the UI. But why not four simultaneous videos?

4-screen PIP on the Apple TV+ app with tvOS 17?

This is what could soon happen in the Apple TV+ application, if we are to believe the mention of such a feature in the latest beta version of tvOS, discovered by developer Steve Moser. This screen divided into four would be mainly dedicated to sports broadcasts, making it possible to see several matches live if they are broadcast simultaneously (as a reminder, the MLS -Major League Soccer, the North American football championship- is accessible in France for €13.99/month). This feature is expected to arrive with the tvOS 17 update which may be unveiled at Apple's WWDC conference this summer. Artwork: 9to5mac
