AppleTV launches its Climate Extrapolations miniseries with an incredible cast

The very ambitious new miniseries from AppleTV+ is called Extrapolations. Written by Scott Z. Burns, co-author of Contagion with Steven Soderbergh, it reveals itself through an effectively stunning trailer before its release on March 17, 2023.

After the very good series WeCrashed, Super Pumped and Ted Lasso, AppleTV+ is still gaining momentum with this climatic series which promises to be grandiose and opens the doors to a scary future that is already hanging in our faces.

Our house is burning

Extrapolations begins as the effects of climate change which, for lack of effective and rapid solutions, have been integrated into our daily lives. Shows in boots with your feet in the water so as not to ruin your evening outfits, dykes to contain the rising waters in vain, cutting-edge medicine to fight against diseases linked to pollution. Patches that will not last long in the face of the inexorable... Through eight unique stories, Extrapolations shows how everyone will live, adapt and try (or not) to find solutions before the point of total no return.

Countdown started

And the cast of Extrapolations is just amazing with the presence of Meryl Streep, Sienna Miller, Kit Harington, Daveed Diggs, Edward Norton, Diane Lane, Tahar Rahim, Yara Shahidi, Matthew Rhys, Gemma Chan, David Schwimmer, Adarsh Gourav , Keri Russell, Marion Cotillard, Forest Whitaker, Eiza González, Murray Bartlett, Indira Varma, Tobey Maguire, MaameYaa Boafo, Hari Nef, Heather Graham, Michael Gandolfini, Cherry Jones, Gaz Choudhry, Ben Harper, Judd Hirsch and Neska Rose.
