Samsung Art Store: Supergirl makes its debut on Smart TVs with 15 digital artworks

On the eve of the theatrical release of Craig Gillespie's Supergirl, Samsung Electronics has partnered with Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Studios to enrich its Smart TV catalog. Starting today, owners of a Samsung Smart TV can transform their living room into a temporary art gallery thanks to an exclusive collection of fifteen original digital artworks celebrating the Kryptonian heroine. New Supergirl-themed artworks are arriving on the Samsung Smart TV ArtStore, following a partnership with Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Studios.
To celebrate the release of the Supergirl movie on June 25th, tomorrow, Samsung Electronics is partnering with Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Studios to offer 15 digital artworks inspired by the DC Universe through the Supergirl Collection on the ArtStore for Samsung Smart TVs. "Samsung's display has long been shaped by how people interact with film, sports, games, and art," said Hun Lee, Executive Vice President of the Visual Display Division at Samsung Electronics. "This partnership with Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Studios allows us to combine the intergalactic visual universe of Supergirl with Samsung's exceptional display experiences at home." Following Superman, Warner Bros. renews its confidence; "The captivating universe that Craig Gillespie and his teams bring to life in Supergirl is unlike anything we've seen before in the DC Universe. Samsung, through its innovative Art Store, allows fans to experience this on their own screens," said Julie Moore, Director of Partnerships at Warner Bros. Pictures. "Having already collaborated on Superman, we were eager to work with Samsung again. We knew their Supergirl experiences would be exceptional, and they delivered." Samsung Art Store: a gallery of 3,500 works; As a reminder, the Samsung Art Store offers more than 3,500 works from over 800 artists, 70 renowned galleries and museums.
