Matt Reeves shares the first photo from The Batman: Part II

Official: The Penguin will not have a sequel. The InSneider, which broke the news, also states that DC and HBO will not be renewing The Penguin with a second season, thus maintaining its status as a miniseries. This decision echoes Colin Farrell's statements, who seems in no hurry to subject himself once again to the long hours of makeup required to become the Penguin again. Filming for The Batman: Part II is expected to continue until the fall in Liverpool and at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden. The film is scheduled for release on October 1, 2027.
