Apple's AI glasses: a launch delayed until the end of 2027?

We expected to see them unveiled by the end of this year, but Apple's first smart glasses will ultimately arrive later.
Internally codenamed N50, Apple's first AI glasses will not be unveiled at the end of this year, as previous rumors suggested. According to the latest information gathered by Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, the glasses will arrive at the end of 2027, whereas they were expected earlier this year. Apple is taking its time in the face of competition. Apple is apparently taking its time to ensure it has a product worth buying, rather than quickly competing with the likes of Ray-Ban. The competition is therefore expected to be fierce, especially since Samsung will also be entering this market in 2026. Siri is planned, but augmented reality will have to wait. Gurman adds that Apple's model will be sold for between $200 and $500, that it will have cameras, speakers, and Siri compatibility, but that the augmented reality screen will be reserved for a later version.
