A removable magnetic lens like the Insta360 Go££££ Ulefone answers this question with a rather bold model presented at the Mobile World Congress held in early March in Barcelona, and which should be available this summer. The RugOne Xsnap 7 Pro is a "rugged" smartphone with one of its camera lenses that is magnetically attached and literally detaches to form a small GoPro-style camera, which can be mounted on a mountain bike helmet or clothing. The smartphone as a charging base and control screen££££ This allows you to easily film POVs and action scenes, as charging and viewing are handled by the smartphone. Therefore, there's no need for separate cables and batteries for a second dedicated device, although, obviously, this small camera isn't comparable to a true action cam in terms of features.
