Samsung AI-powered smart glasses: new styles confirmed for 2026/2027

Samsung recently unveiled its first-ever smart glasses, which will be released later this year in two different styles. And more are already planned.
They don't yet have an official name, other than "smart glasses," but Samsung's recently unveiled AI glasses are coming in the fall of 2026. And if the two styles shown don't convince you yet, know that more are planned. Other Gentle Monster and Warby Parker collections are coming soon… Indeed, these first designs created in collaboration with eyewear brands Gentle Monster and Warby Parker (see photo below) are only the "first collections," and the companies have confirmed that other styles will be launched next year. Samsung AI Glasses, a Galaxy AI companion device powered by Google Gemini. As a reminder, these AI glasses don't have a screen, but they do include a speaker, a camera, and a microphone. They function as a companion device for the Galaxy AI smartphone, allowing access to its main functions without taking out the smartphone. Google's Gemini AI provides directions, recommendations, and voice commands, while real-time translation handles both voice and text displayed in the user's environment.
