Samsung smartphones, number one in consumer satisfaction

With a score of 81/100, Samsung tops the ranking of smartphone brands that have provided the highest level of satisfaction to Americans (30,000 consumers surveyed between May 2025 and March 2026). Samsung leads the ACSI ranking. Apple is not far behind with a score of 80, followed by Google and Motorola with 77. This is according to the latest American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), which is based on criteria such as battery life, screen, cameras, messaging, calls, and AI tools. Samsung is number one for mobile AI tools. In this regard, the report introduces mobile AI tools as a new criterion this year, and Samsung receives the highest score of all in this area with 85/100.
