And when nearly 65% of respondents chose the second option, the title of the official account immediately changed from Xbox to… XBOX. A poll on X that changes everything! No changes were made to the rest of the official Xbox websites and documents, but it was a clever marketing move by Microsoft, since this change generated a lot of buzz and engagement from fans of the brand. A bit of movement and positivity from the Xbox community is exactly what Microsoft needs, at a time when the company realizes it needs to restore its brand image.
