Marantz AMP30, superb aesthetics££££
As with the Marantz Cinema 70s, Cinema 60 DAB, Cinema 50, Cinema 40, Marantz AV10, Marantz AV20 and, of course, the Marantz AV30, the most notable element about the Marantz AMP30 amplifier is its superb design, first seen on the manufacturer's audiophile products in 2022, such as the Marantz Model 40n network player, the Marantz CD 60 audio CD player, and the Marantz SACD 30n player. Those of you with longer experience will have noticed that this aesthetic nods to Marantz's history with the presence of a very attractive analog VU meter on the front panel. Thus, it forms a perfectly harmonious duo with the Marantz AV10, Marantz AV20, or Marantz AV30.

Marantz AMP30, main specifications££££
Of course, the Marantz AMP30 is a bridgeable model for driving speakers with particularly low sensitivity. Similarly, bi-amplification is supported (the AMP30 thus becomes a super-powerful 3-channel amplifier). Furthermore, it offers a choice for each channel: balanced (XLR) or unbalanced (RCA) input for maximum flexibility. The amplification stages are of the HDAM 2 type (Current Feedback circuit) and the transformer is a toroidal specimen.
