As we mentioned in our previous article on the LG 2026 OLED TV range (see our CES 26 article > LG 2026 OLED TVs: the 3 series C6, G6 and W6 with Tandem OLED panels?), information is circulating rapidly online. This time, we have the first photos of the LG G6 and LG W6 televisions, along with their initial specifications, including the new Hyper Radiant OLED technology.
Since the AVcesar editorial team is committed to not disclosing certain information revealed exclusively by the Korean manufacturer, we can only report on this "leak" that appeared a few hours ago online, on AVSForum to be precise, concerning the LG G6 and LG W6 OLED TV series. It's impossible for us to say more than what is visible in the photos at the moment… LG G6 and LG W6 OLED TVs, Hyper Radiant OLED Technology label and Alpha 11 Gen 3 chip. That said, it must be noted that the author of the leak, identified by the username 59LIHP, has produced very informative images of the televisions and associated mini-specifications. First, we notice the new Brightness Booster Ultra feature (which succeeds the Brightness Booster Ultimate introduced in 2025 by LG) and the presence in the LG G6 and LG W6 displays of the new Alpha 11 Gen 3 chip, initially mentioned in our articles about the brand's new Micro RGB Evo TV series (see our CES 26 news > LG Micro RGB Evo TVs: LG MRGB85, LG MRGB9M and LG MRGB95 series). Similarly, it appears that these new technical features are grouped under the new label Hyper Radiant OLED Technology. Regarding the other technical details in the photos, we'll come back to them later…
LG G6 and LG W6 OLED TVs, from 48 to 97 inches and ZeroConnect box££££
These photos also give us some other information. The first concerns the screen sizes of the LG G6 and LG W6 series: from 48" (a new size for a G series) to 97" (no further details at the moment, particularly regarding the type of panel on the 97" model) for the former, and only 77" and 83" for the latter. Secondly, we now know for certain the return of the LG W6 (Wallpaper) series, with its extremely slim profile and ZeroConnect box for wireless connection between the media box and the screen.
