Red Dead Redemption (almost) free on smartphones and tablets

Netflix has announced that the video game Red Dead Redemption, easily described as a Wild West-themed GTA, will be released on iOS and Android mobile devices on December 4, 2025. The game is available for free. Even though it was initially released in 2010 (on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC), and even though it later received an even more polished sequel, this game remains a major benchmark to this day. The description on the Apple Store and Google Store indicates that the title does not include multiplayer elements, but that it includes the Undead Nightmare expansion, which pits our cowboy hero against a horde of zombies in the West.
