The iPhone x Issey Miyake collaboration, fashion, fashion, fashion!

Today, Apple is releasing a super stylish new accessory in collaboration with the Japanese label Issey Miyake, the very same label from which the late Steve Jobs purchased his famous turtleneck sweater. A great accessory for fashionistas who want to carry their iPhone while showing it off.
A long, pleated piece of fabric, this new accessory called the iPhone Pocket features a central pouch for storing your iPhone, with the camera remaining visible—a choice more for aesthetics than practicality. The accessory comes in two versions: a short one that can be used like a handbag, and a long one that can be worn over the shoulder. Both are made of 3D mesh, a technique that uses no cutting, thus eliminating material waste. “Apple and Issey Miyake share a design approach that celebrates craftsmanship, simplicity, and delight,” said Molly Anderson, Apple’s vice president of Industrial Design. “This clever extra pocket exemplifies these principles and is a natural complement to our products. The iPhone Pocket’s color palette was designed to coordinate with any iPhone model in any finish, allowing users to create their own unique combination.” Its recognizable silhouette offers a stylish new way to carry your iPhones, AirPods, and everyday favorites. It's going to be a hit at Apple Stores! Available on Apple's website and in only a dozen Apple Stores worldwide, including the one at Marché Saint-Germain in Paris. The short-strap model is available in lemon, tangerine, purple, pink, peacock, sapphire, cinnamon, and black for a suggested retail price of $149.95. The long-strap model is available in sapphire, cinnamon, and black for a suggested retail price of $229.95.
