Kef Muo 2025: the return of Kef sound in a portable and uncompromising format: a portable Bluetooth speaker

The prestigious British speaker manufacturer Kef announces the new generation Kef Muo Bluetooth speaker, successor to the original Muo released in 2015, whose design is borrowed from the silhouette of the enormous Muon Hi-Fi speakers.
Designed by Ross Lovegrave, the creator of the Kef Muon (£140,000 a pair), the Kef Muo 2025 Bluetooth speaker sports a look virtually identical to its predecessor, the Kef Muo 2015. However, unlike the latter, the Kef Muo 2025 departs from the brand's flagship technology: the coaxial driver. Kef Muo 2025, acoustic pack. The Kef Muo speaker features two drivers: a 19mm dome tweeter and a Racetrak 117 x 58mm mid-woofer (rectangular shape to improve the diaphragm's low-frequency response). The P-Flex Surround and Music Integrity Engine technologies are included to, respectively, improve bass precision and digitally process the audio signal via DSP for enhanced sound immersion. Similarly, the inert aluminum chassis of the Kef Muo also contributes to excellent sound reproduction. The Class D power supply delivers a total power of 40W (10W for the tweeter + 30W for the mid-woofer).

We also note a USB-C port for charging the Kef Muo 2025 and connecting an external audio source, plus a hands-free phone call function with noise and echo cancellation for perfect voice clarity. It also boasts water and dust resistance with an IP67 rating. Additionally, Fast Pair and Swift Pair functions allow for quick pairing with Android and Windows devices. Finally, the battery life is 24 hours, and a 15-minute charge provides three additional hours of listening time.
