More than ever, the appeal of very large screens is felt by consumers. In addition to ultra high definition, all these video projectors benefit from CinematicColor technology, which guarantees total respect for colorimetry. The latter therefore delivers optimal colors to offer images of the highest quality. Thanks to the complete coverage (100%) of the Rec.709 HDTV and DCI-P3 color space (W45100i, W5800 and W5850), complete platforms for the GP520 and W2720i (98% Rec.709 and 81% DCI-P3 for the first, 98% and 90% for the second), a 4LED light source (GP520, W2720i and W4100i) or laser (W5800/W5850), a high native Ansi contrast ratio and [abc]ISF[/abc]ccc certified calibration (W5800/W5850), the CinematicColor label guarantees a very high level of image quality, precise and detailed for home cinema sessions worthy of the best dark rooms. We can also mention the HDR Pro label with optimized management of the HDR10 signal with the Dynamic Tone Mapping process on the BenQ W4100i and BenQ W5800/5800 references.

BenQ Home Cinema Series, factory calibration certification££££

Finally, BenQ is currently the only manufacturer to provide a factory calibration report upon leaving the factory. Each W series projector is tested and adjusted with specialized hardware and software for high accuracy in D65 color temperature, gamma, black levels, white levels, neutral grays, RGBCMY color tracking, hues, saturation, brightness and output color from different interfaces based on ITU-R Rec.709 and DCI-P3 standard.
