It was once again at the annual Experts Meet Experts event organized in Warsaw by Marek Maciejewski, the director of product development at TCL Europe, that we received confirmation of a future 130" (330 cm) LCD panel from CSOT (China Star Optoelectronics Technology), the display manufacturing division of the TCL group.
CSOT Gen11 LCD motherboard used for 115" TVs££££
Via a presentation once again rich in information, a slide summarizing the different cuttings of [abc]LCD[/abc] motherboards within the CSOT factories, current and future, particularly caught our attention. As you can see below, the motherboards from the Gen11 production lines are being used to the maximum for cutting into two 115" panels (292 cm, under the 2 Up Cut Option label), those embedded in the TCL 115C7K vintage 2025 or TCL 115X955 Max vintage 2024 references (the latter still being available).

And under the 2 Up Cut Future Option label, mention is therefore made of the future production of 130" LCD panels through an optimization of the cutting of the Gen11 motherboards (2,940 x 3,370 cm). And we also learn that the maximum diagonal on this generation of mother glass would be 148" (376 cm, Mother Glass mention)...
