Focal Bathys Dune, Hi-Fi Bluetooth headphones with active noise reduction and Mimi hearing test

The French manufacturer presented the Focal Bathys Dune Bluetooth Hi-Fi headphones with active noise reduction last week in Paris. If all the technical characteristics of the original Focal Bathys are present, the Dune model brings two notable developments. Presentation.

The first change concerns the shape, the Focal Bathys Dune has a beige, sandy color finish some would say, as opposed to the shiny black color (Black Silver) of the Bathys reference. The second development linked to the Focal Bathys Dune concerns the background with the presence of the Mimi hearing test functionality signed by the German company Mimi Hearng Technologies. The latter, via the Focal & Naim application, offers to optimize the sound reproduction of the Focal Bathys Dune according to your hearing, i.e. your ability to hear, or not, certain frequencies of the audio spectrum. Good news, owners of Focal Bathys headphones can also benefit from the Mimi hearing test, simply by updating their Focal & Naim application.
