CES 23 > Sharp FS 4K Ultra HD QLED TV, HDR Dolby Vision IQ, 144 Hz and Google TV

After our presentations of the Sharp XLED300, Sharp XLED1000 and Sharp XLED300 TV series, a look back at another TV series unveiled by the brand, the Sharp FS more specifically dedicated to video game players.

The Sharp FS 4K Ultra HD QLED TV series has five references, the Sharp 43FS (43'', 109 cm), Sharp 50FS (50'', 127 cm), Sharp 55FS (55'', 140 cm), Sharp 65FS (65', 165cm) and Sharp 75FS (75'', 191cm).

Main Specifications

We find the perforated central foot of the Sharp EQ3/Sharp EQ4 series presented in 2021, an extremely thin LCD panel frame, Quantum Dots nanocrystal technology for very wide coverage of the DCI-P3 gamut (92%), the function Google TV and a built-in stereo soundbar by Harman Kardon, delivering 2 x 50 watts of power.

We can also mention a Direct LED Global Dimming backlight system, a native 144 Hz LCD panel and connectors with HDMI 2.1 inputs with eARC, VRR, HFR 4K/120 and ALLM function. Plus a Game mode and an Input Lag announced around 10 milliseconds.

Main specifications, continued

For the rest, we find Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision IQ compatibility (associated with an ambient light sensor), HDR10 and HDR HLG compatibility, a Wide Color Gamut LCD panel, a DVB-T2 tuner, DVB-S2 and DVB-C. More details later.
