€2,000 minimum for the iPhone Ultra?

The price and storage options have reportedly leaked for Apple's first-ever foldable iPhone, which would naturally be the manufacturer's most expensive smartphone.
Known for the reliability of its leaks, the Chinese leaker Instant Digital on the social network Weibo recently mentioned the storage options available for Apple's first-ever foldable iPhone, the iPhone Ultra, as well as their corresponding retail prices. The iPhone Ultra would thus be available in the following three storage options: • 256 GB: approximately €2,000 • 512 GB: approximately €2,300 • 1 TB: approximately €2,500 Note that these are conversions at the current exchange rate of the prices given by the "leaker," and they will likely change before the release of the device, expected in September 2026. For comparison, Apple's most expensive iPhone currently is the iPhone 17 Pro Max, which has the same configurations are sold at the respective indicative prices of €1,479, €1,729 and €1,979.
