Foldable iPhone: promising dimensions for folding?

To the nearest hundredth of a millimeter, we know the depth of the groove that forms at the fold of the screen of the foldable iPhone expected this fall.
If Apple took its time launching the first foldable iPhone, it was primarily to avoid the main pitfall of competing models: an unsightly crease visible in the center of the screen, at the folding axis. Foldable iPhone: screen crease problem solved? According to previous rumors, this problem has been resolved, and the device will be released in the fall of 2026. Further evidence of the resolution of this issue comes from information reported by the Chinese "leaker" Fixed Focus Digital, indicating that the assembly lines have received orders from Apple. Documents reveal the depth of the crease when the screen is unfolded: 0.15 millimeters. Almost nothing. This figure can also be compared to that of the Samsung Galaxy Fold 7, 0.7 mm, giving good hope for the absence of a visible crease on the screen.
