Smartphone market leader by 2025: Apple "back" after 15 years…

Thanks in particular to the success of the iPhone 17 range, Apple has reclaimed its title as the world's best-selling smartphone in 2025, a title it had held since 2011, notably over other manufacturers, including Samsung. Samsung's distribution increased by 5% compared to 2024, thanks in particular to strong sales of its entry-level models, such as the Galaxy A series. Also noteworthy are the premium Galaxy S25 and Galaxy Fold 7 models, which sold better than their predecessors. As for Apple, the manufacturer is living up to analysts' estimates throughout the year and dominates 2025 with a 20% market share, 2% higher than last year.
