Titanic 4K on December 5, pre-orders open

When James Cameron is launched, there is no stopping him. Among other things, he recently announced Titanic in 4K before the end of the year. It’s (almost) done.

Highly expected on December 15, the 4K UHD release of Titanic by James de Cameron at Paramount is finally set for December 5 at US web merchants (but not only), and pre-orders are already available.

A 4K 25th anniversary edition awaited for ages, crowned with HDR Dolby Vision for the image, Dolby Atmos for the sound (in original version) and a load of bonuses on the second disc (15 hours in total ), of which :

• New documentary Titanic: Heartfelt Stories featuring new interviews with James Cameron, Jon Landau and Kate Winslet• Art gallery• Three audio commentaries

Note that a Deluxe chest will also be offered in the USA, of which here is the visual and content with “blue print” of the famous liner.

As for Cameron's other films expected soon in 4K, namely The Abyss and True Lies, no date has been announced for the moment, although this should not be long, still according to James Cameron.
