iPhone Mini, it's really over

Which old iPhone models are officially unavailable for sale since the announcement of the new iPhone 15 range?

With each new range of iPhones, Apple withdraws some of its old models from sale to maintain a relatively small catalog that is more in line with current events. In accordance with the habits of the Apple firm observed in previous years, the previous Pro models (iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max), as well as the oldest non-Pro models, i.e. the iPhone 12 and 12 mini, are disappearing.

The iPhone 13 Mini disappears from the Apple catalog

However, we notice an unexpected disappearance when we list the only iPhones now on sale on the Apple website: iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 ranges of course, iPhone 14 and 14 Plus, iPhone 13 and iPhone SE. The most attentive will have noticed the unexplained absence of the iPhone 13 Mini, marking the definitive disappearance of the brand's 5.4'' (13.7 cm) screen mobiles.

The iPhone Mini already absent from iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 ranges

An understandable departure since we have known for a while that these “Mini” models have had little success compared to their big brothers. It is not for nothing that the latest iPhone 14 and 15 ranges do not have a Mini version. But with the withdrawal of the iPhone 13 Mini from its catalog, Apple is accelerating the elimination of its small model.
