New M2 chip for end-of-year iPad Pros?

Apple could launch new iPad Pros at the start of the school year, updated with the brand's next super-powerful chip, the understated Apple Silicon M2.

According to Bloomberg leaker Mark Gurman, the new iPad Pros could launch next fall, likely alongside the iPhone 14s.

Apple iPad Pro with M2 chip?

The timing seems to match, knowing that no Pro model was launched in the spring, and that between 13 and 16 months generally elapse between two iPad Pro launches (the last one is in April 2021). This new iPad should be equipped with MagSafe wireless charging as well as the new M2 chip, which should be more efficient than the M1 thanks to the 4 nm engraving process of the founder TSMC. The tablet should also benefit from additional cores on the graphics processor (GPU), with 9 and 10 core options, compared to 7 and 8 possible with the M1 chip.
