K2000 the return of the return? KITT or double!

After Desperate Housewives, in the series of improbable and surreal returns, here is K2000.

James Gunn, director of Guardians of the Galaxy and The Suicide Squad, has just released the barely believable info.

The top of kitsch

Comedian David Hasselhoff and he together discussed a potential return of the 1982 series K2000 (Knight Rider). Aired by NBC, the original series featured Michael Knight battling crime in his talking, hopping car: KITT (actually, a Pontiac Firebird Trans Am). The series, which had good times between 1982 and 1986, has remained famous for its cult credits and some cheerfully kitsch sequences.

David Hasselhoff and James Gunn are great friends

Responding to a general question about what he thought of the fashion for reboot series, James Gunn clarified, “My friend David Hasselhoff and I have discussed a number of times about a potential modern version of K2000. The problem is, a day is only 24 hours long and I don't have time to do all the cool things I want to do. ”

Apparently, the 2008 reboot attempt did not cool the director on the subject. In any case, saying that he would eventually like to do it on condition that he has the time is not trivial. To be continued.
